| Responsible Officer for Type 1 & 4 |
Established in 1989, Get Nice Securities Limited has developed into one of the most prominent securities brokers in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of financial services through different wholly owned subsidiaries. To cope with rapid growth and business expansion, we are now inviting high caliber professionals to join our group of companies and fill the following position.
Responsible Officer for Type 1 & 4
Responsibilities:
• Act as Responsible Officer to deal with SFC Type 1 & 4 regulated activities；
• Advising and implementing on Securities including provide investment advice to clients relating to the sale/purchase of securities
• Manage daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance；
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices.
• Report to CEO directly.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Finance, Management or Banking or any related disciplines.
• With at least 15 years solid experiences. Practical experience in Securities advisory and market transactions execution.
• A licensed Responsible Officer under the SFC for Type 1 & 4 regulated activities.
• Sound understanding of Securities and Futures Ordinance, Listing rules and regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities , SFC Code of Conduct and rules.
• Strong analytical, business sense, communication and presentation skills with a proven track record in the past years.
• Good command in speaking and writing in English, Chinese and Mandarins.
• Station in Mainland China if necessary.
• Immediate available is preferred.
