We provide securities brokerage services through our wholly owned subsidiary, Get Nice Securities Limited (“GNS”). Being the first member of our financial services segment, GNS is a licensed corporation with Securities and Futures Commission (CE no.: AAA847) and is one of the top local brokerage houses which is engaged in regulated activities including dealing in securities (Type 1), advising on securities (Type 4), advising on corporate finance (Type 6) and asset management (Type 9). Our clients can trade the securities listed on the Main Board and GEM Board of the HKEx and trade Shanghai Stock Exchange stocks through Northbound trading by the trading platform of Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect.
